SOAR (stimulate, optimize, adapt, results)
This Athletic development/Health and Wellness fitness program was developed as a form of therapy. It was designed to decrease aggressive behavior, decrease anxiety, decrease depression, treat drug addiction, encourage creativity, and relieve stress. We developed this program to provide a different perspective of overall development. We employ creative methods of discipline and techniques, used to motivate and challenge individuals, that have not responded to traditional programs of personal development. We have also used the same program and modeled it to help the overall evolution of at-risk parents and at-risk youth that desire a change of their overall discipline, and perception of life. Our combination of Athletic development, along with the use of Health/Wellness tools generate a platform to promote mental and emotional stability. Our approach to spiritual awareness, help its participants to overcome their inner battles to maintain discipline, develop a work ethic and create a healthy lifestyle. We wanted to ensure that we could provide a system of development, that could be utilized to help its participants to survive the everyday challenges of life.
This program was initially created to be a Health and Wellness fitness program, disguised by athletic development to promote overall growth. We wanted to enhance the traditional views of physical fitness, as a way to create a different experience that would also provide development in all the other levels of its participants lives. It has since evolved into other aspects of Physical Fitness and Health/Wellness to service a multitude of different clientele with a wide range of physical fitness and Health/Wellness needs.

At risk youth from Urban neighborhoods that have become a product of their environments- Athletic development and motivational drills designed to increase confidence, change their personal perceptions of themselves and their lives. Meditation to help them endure their environments.

Individuals with mental and emotional disabilities – Drills, exercises and fitness tools are designed to help release Serotonin and Dopamine, chemicals of the brain that help decrease depression, regulate mood, irritability and impulse obsession. Meditation through exercise to decrease aggressive behavior and create focus.

Individuals with Physical disabilities- Drills, exercises and fitness tools are designed for the individual needs of its participants to help them function in a more independent fashion to help them lead a healthier and elevated quality of life. Meditation to reconnect brain signals to stimulate muscle engagement.

Individuals looking to take their lives or exercise programs to another level - The individual that needs a total program which provides overall development to help them decompress from the stress of everyday life. this program also prepares its members to move forward to the another level of existence as a result of the development of discipline, work ethic and spirituality through meditation.

We strategically develop our programs based upon the developmental needs of our clients. These programs are designed to provide the necessary tools, to activate the balance needed, to survive the everyday demands of life.
What separates our program from all the others
We have researched and broken down the overall understanding of Physical fitness and how it applies to Health/Wellness. We Compiled that information and designed our programs to produce a new perspective of what the definition of fitness is supposed to represent. In addition to our well thought out process of overall development, we choose to utilize fitness tools that identify with survival techniques. These survival techniques can be applied through the use of physical activity to sustain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our fitness tools of choice are also developed to reduce stress on the joints, reduce impact, provide muscle development directly to the muscle fibers, provide preventive maintenance and rehabilitation to injured muscle groups, joints and limbs.
Through the use of research and the proper education of a multitude of exercises, fitness techniques, fitness tools, unorthodox methods of motivation and meditation, we believe that we have hit our mark.
